I am sorry to announce that we are suspending the activities of the Scottish Centre on European Relations. SCER  has made a major contribution to European debate in Scotland & beyond in the last three & a bit years. But for now we must pause.

I would like to thank all those who have contributed in so many ways to SCER’s activities – to our many & varied events, almost 40 in total held across Scotland & in Brussels, Dublin & London; & to our diverse & extensive publications: reports, papers, blogs – 200 in total.

We couldn’t have run such an active, high profile think tank without the contributions, support, encouragement & participation of a large number of people & organisations – our huge thanks to them all.
